From the N end of Cervià de les Garrigues we will take the path from Cervià to l'Albagés, which runs parallel to the riu de Set. After about 3.3 km we will turn right onto a track. We will soon leave on the right the path leading to the ermita de Santa Maria de les Besses and continue 2800 m until the track is cut off by the collapse of a bridge.

Here we will continue along a track that crosses the riu de Set (not accessible by vehicle). We will soon take a path on the right, well marked and parallel to the riu de Set, which after 900 m will lead us to the abandoned building of the Gravera de la Cova de les Gralles. We will continue a few metres until the path turns left. The cave is about 50 m E of this point.
