Balma al barranc d'en Fort (Capafonts)

Capafonts • Baix Camp12m0

Balma al barranc d'en Fort, in Capafonts, more than 30 metres wide and 12 metres deep, with a calcified pool and a short conduit.

Characteristics

Location

From Capafonts we will descend until we cross the barranc del Ribatell, leave the camí de la Llúdriga on the left and pass to the right of a plantation of trees where there is a large round water tank. We will climb in zigzags until we reach the Grau, the place where the cliff that runs along the ridge breaks into a gap, which allows it to be crossed and to go into the barranc d'en Fort; we will follow the ravine to the cave, on a route of 2 kilometres from Capafonts.
