From Mont-ral we will follow the camí de la Foradada, which passes through the Serrat de l'Avenc. Once past the avenc de l'Os and further on the turnoff to the avenc del Teix, we will find a path on the right (ETRS89 X:339688; Y:4572438). We will follow this path for 250 metres; at this point, on the left of the path, we will find a depression in the terrain where, inside and close to the foot of the cliff, is the avenc de la Pipa. We will continue along the path and soon find a landslide passage where there are some planks with a handrail rope that facilitate the passage; a few metres further on we reach the junction of the path that comes up from the Teix mil·lenari, we will continue to the right downhill, halfway down and before the path becomes flat we must go to the right, where some large blocks are visible, among which is the cavity. This is located 67 metres before reaching the avenc del Camí del Teix.
