Godall, a municipality in Montsià, brings together 7 inventoried cavities: 4 pits and 3 caves. Together they total a length of 174 m and reach a maximum depth of 33 m. All the known cavities develop in limestone.
Among the most notable is the Avenc de la Gralla, with 50 m of passage and 32 m of depth, located in the Serra de Godall, to the N of Godall, about 15 metres above the thalweg of the barranc de la Gralla. The Avenc de la Fura, 45 m long and 33 m deep, is the deepest cavity in the municipality; it was explored in the early 1970s and surveyed in September 1980. Also listed are the Avenc de l'Arboç, about 30 m deep, explored by the GE Ulldecona in the early 1970s, and the Cova de la Sal, a rock shelter with an upper entrance popularly known as the cova de la Sal.
Other cavities are the Cova d'en Panís, a wide rock shelter formerly used to pen livestock, with remains of a dry-stone wall, and the Avenc del Camí del Ròssec, a small pit about 4 m deep located by Pep Badia and visited in August 2022.
