Location

Inside a channel that opens near the punta del Romaní, in the direction of the punta Grossa. Beneath a first stretch of cliff, a platform opens that skirts the last cliff above the sea.

Description

Morphology

Beside the cliff, at a depth of -5 below sea level, the mouth opens. You must continue descending 5 metres more, and from there a gallery 1 metres in diameter heads toward the E and emerges again into the sea.

Progression

To arrive from land, some scrambling is required, or else a 10 m rope must be rigged.

History

The only known data are the product of the exploration carried out by members of the SIE – CEA in September 2010, which had remained unpublished until its inclusion in the Catàleg Espeleològic de Catalunya (J. de Valles, 2010).
