Underwater cave in L'Escala, known as La Depuradora, on the west side of Punta del Romaní.

Location

You need to go to Carrer Punta Montgó in L'Escala, at approximately number 60, once past the beach of l'Illa Mateua and Punta del Ferro. The place is known as La Depuradora and is located on the west side of Punta del Romaní.

Morphology

It is a 12-metre tunnel that crosses the rocky part that is submerged.

History

A cave quite well known in diving circles for some decades now.
