Description

Morphology

The cave has two entrances, which are really one, because the pillar separating them does not reach the floor. The gallery has a very low ceiling, which drops even lower as one goes in, until reaching water level where the cave ends.

History

The only reports we have are those published by members of SIS – CE Terrassa who explored it in August 1980.

When these caves were published, the place name of the cove where they are located was Futadera and it was later standardised to Fotedera.
