Location

At km 3.170 of the BP-1103 road, between Monistrol de Montserrat and Can Massana, there is a suitable place to leave the car. A few metres away, and in the direction of Monistrol de Montserrat, we will find on the right a path that runs parallel to the road and after 50 metres we will take a turn-off that branches off to the right and will lead us directly to the cave.

Description

Morphology

The cave is 17 metres wide and is oriented to the West. It has a height of 2 metres and the floor is quite flat, with a slight slope towards the exterior. The North end is closed by some large blocks, and at the South end we find a row of stones a couple of metres long, which encloses a small chamber with a low ceiling.

History

Located by members of EC Gràcia in December 2016 after it appeared georeferenced, although incorrectly, on the ICGC map. The corresponding cataloguing work was carried out.
