Location

To reach it, we set out on foot from the rest area located above Km.3 of the BP-1103 road in Marganell, and go back up the path that leaves from in front of the aforementioned area and climbs toward the Camí de Can Maçana (GR-172). After about 400m we will come to a wide esplanade (the Plaça de Catalunya); here we leave the path that continues toward the GR and take the faint trail heading west. The trail runs without major changes in elevation for a distance of 580m; the cave is on the left of the path, at the base of the cliff wall, practically at its northern end.

Description

Morphology

A wide, habitable cavity, with very smooth walls, a relatively flat floor and a low ceiling in its inner part. The outer part has a ceiling height of about 5m, so that the interior is perfectly lit.
