Location

To reach it we will set out on foot from the rest area located above Km.3 of the BP-1103 road from Marganell. We will go up the path that starts in front of the aforementioned area and climbs until meeting the Can Maçana path (GR-172) at a distance of about 500m, we will follow the GR in the direction of Can Maçana for another 850m, at this point, having already passed the base of the Cadireta, we will leave the GR to climb by a steep path up to the entrance of la Roca Foradada in about 50m.

Description

Morphology

Cavity that crosses from W to E the rocky crest where it is located. Its mouths, of notable dimensions and triangular shape, cross the crest, each of them belonging to different municipalities. The one located to the W, through which access is gained and which is relatively flat, belongs to El Bruc; and the one located to the E, with an important central collapse, belongs to Marganell.

Progression

At the NE end of the Marganell mouth there is a passage between blocks that skirts the cliff along a suspended ledge, initially communicating with a small chamber with a low ceiling, and then continuing a few metres further in a Northerly direction.
