On the C-233 road from La Granadella to El Soleràs, once past the ermita de Sant Antoni and just after kilometre 24, follow the track on the right, which is the camí de les Fonts dels Caus; it follows the line of the wind turbines. At 1480 metres turn left onto a track that we follow for 800 metres; at this point we pass above the cova Mateu Vidal. We continue along the track for about 80 metres more until we reach a cultivated plot, which we skirt on the right for about 200 metres; we continue in a SE direction to find a rocky stretch that must be climbed, and follow a faintly marked path in a SE direction that will bring us to the rock shelter, located about a hundred metres from the cultivated field.
