On the BV-1121 road towards the coll d'Estenalles, once past kilometre 9 and the house of la Barata, on the left of the road we will look for the camí Ral de Manresa; we must follow it until shortly before reaching the collet Estret, where we will turn right following the “carena del collet Estret” towards the “Paller de tot l'any”. Before reaching the “canal de Roca Salvatge o de Mura”, almost below the “Queixal del Porc”, we will leave the path on the left following a rocky area where we will find remains of a dry-stone wall; we must continue towards the canal until we reach the foot of the crag, following it in a S direction we will pass the “balma Petita” before reaching the cova de les Mercès. This opens in a small canal just above a tree with three branches.
