Small cave with a 29 m passage beneath the Camí Ral, in the Serra de l'Obac, discovered in April 1973 by two members of the SIS of the Centre Excursionista de Terrassa.

Location

Walking along the Camí Ral from the coll de Tres Creus and Castellsapera, before reaching the height of the Paller de Tot l'Any and a few metres before the Canal de la Calsina (Torrent de la Font del Solitari), a path branches off to the left towards Roca Salvatge. A few minutes after starting the descent along this path, on the left and right at the cliff edge, the cavity is found.

Description

Morphology

Through a small triangular-section entrance one enters a gallery 9 metres long that leads into another perpendicular one. To the left it can be followed for a further 6 metres, although with a narrower section until it becomes impassable. To the right the passage is wider and after 12 metres from the intersection with the entrance gallery it ends in two small passages.

History

Discovered by two members of the SIS of the Centre Excursionista de Terrassa in April 1973, during a prospection of the area in search of other cavities.
