From the N-340 at the height of les Cases d'Alcanar, we go up along the asphalted track in front of Can Conill, at the same entrance to les Cases, to the left of a closed furniture shop, heading towards the mountain range and with the barranc de Sant Jaume on our left. We follow it 1.14 Km to a crossroads where we can leave the car on a clearing.

From the car we follow the main track to the second entrance on the right that climbs towards the Racó de la Mina between properties of orange trees and olive trees. Almost at the bottom of the little hollow we find a path on the right that we go up to the sender de la Serra de la Punta, which we take to the left.

Just before a sharp bend to the left, and before a fairly steep area, we take a small path on the right marked with a cairn that takes us down to the bed of the small ravine, and on the other slope we find the Cova Calitra.
