Location

Leaving Olesa de Bonesvalls along the BV-2411 road towards Begues, once past the pont de l'Escalat, at the exit of the second right-hand bend (Km. 17.3) and on the right of the road, the pothole is found right next to the asphalt.

Description

Morphology

A mouth of 0.5 x 0.35 metres that gives access to a 3.1 metre drop. A one-metre extension towards the SW.

Speleothems

Outside, remains of speleothems can be seen, part of an upper shaft probably destroyed when the road was opened.

History

Because of its small importance it went unnoticed for years and we do not know whether it has ever been given a name. It is probably the same one that many years ago a person from Begues told us about and said that GRIS was painted at the mouth (disappeared speleology group of La Salle – Gràcia).
