Location

From Sant Martí de Barcedana we will go up along carrer Única in the direction of Sant Miquel de la Vall. We will soon come to a crossroads where a sign indicates that we can go to Sant Miquel de la Vall by either side; we will follow the left-hand one and a few metres further up, before reaching the molí de l'oli, we will find the fissure in the wall on the right, a few metres above the road.

Description

Morphology

A narrow passage places us in front of a small step where the cavity practically already ends, being one of the many fissures found throughout this sector. The vertical drop is -4.5 metres deep.

Other details

Very close to this cavity, specifically a few metres above it, is the small cave or fissure of the Cingle del Tio del Molí; it is a pile of blocks that does not reach three metres. It was explored by the SAS in July 1971 and we have considered it appropriate not to catalogue it.

History

The first exploration was carried out by the GIE of the CE Gràcia in 1964.
