Difficult to access, since the track that leaves Tivissa and follows the camí de la Llena, shortly before reaching the mas de la Devesa, we find that the path is closed by a padlock, as well as signs prohibiting passage, both for vehicles and people.

From behind the mas de la Devesa, a path sets out that crosses a streambed and heads to the mas d'en Benito. From this mas one must climb, crossing fields and old terraced walls, to the serra Segrentana, which runs perpendicular to the serra de la Creu. Past the col that separates the serra Segrentana from the whole of the serra de la Creu, one must follow a small cliff face that is on the right. The cave is clearly visible from the foot of this cliff face.
