Difficult to access, since the track that leaves Tivissa and follows the camí de la Llena, shortly before reaching the mas de la Devesa, we find that the path is closed by a padlock, as well as signs prohibiting passage, both for vehicles and for people.

From behind the mas de la Devesa, a path sets out that crosses a streambed and heads towards the mas d'en Benito. From this farmhouse one must climb, crossing fields and old terraces, to the serra Segrentana, which runs perpendicular to the serra de la Creu. The cavity is found on the right-hand slope of the range, in the place known as Racó del Frare, just opposite the Balma del Frare, which is found on the left-hand slope of the valley.
