Characteristics

Location

From Vilafranca del Penedès we will follow the N-340 road towards Tarragona, and shortly before kilometre point 1207 we must take the exit towards Cal Rubió. Once past this small settlement, we come to a roundabout where we will cross the B-212 road; we will continue straight on along the BV-2128 road towards Les Cases Noves de la Riera. On leaving the last houses, we cross the Marmellar stream over a bridge and immediately turn off to the right along a track; we soon cross the Marmellar stream again, we will find a junction where we will continue to the left, and we will cross the stream once more. From this point we will follow the track always to the left until we reach the Castellot. A few metres before reaching it, however, we will find a path on the right that takes us down to the foot of the cliff where the cave is located.
