We will leave Santa Maria de Besora along the track that leads to Llaers; after about 2 Km we will take a turn-off to the right that leads to the Ferrers farmhouse, the track continues in a steep climb. After about 1300 m we will leave the car on a very sharp bend and continue on foot heading East for about 300 m until we find the cliff face on our left; a small path will take us to the balma dels Ferrers nº1. If we continue along the path we were on, we will soon find a turn-off that will take us up to the balma dels Ferrers nº2, which is about 8 m higher up.
