From the village of la Riba take the TV-7044 road towards el Pinetell and Farena. After km. 6 and before a “paella” bend, a track leaves to the right leading to the molí del Pinetell and the refugi de pescadors. Here it crosses the riu Brugent and a little further on it forks, to the left it goes to the mas del Masiet and to the right it continues to the mas de la Plana. Before reaching the latter there is a new fork and one must follow the right-hand track for about 300 metres. At the start of a left-hand bend a faintly marked path leaves (on the right) climbing towards a small rocky ridge with abundant vegetation. From this point one must continue in a N direction, cross-country, to approach the nearby cingle that overlooks the Brugent. This whole upper area of the cingle is a flat area full of fissures and cracks, within which the pit opens. Approximate coordinates.
