Description

Morphology

The fairly wide entrance forms a steep slope towards a shaft of -10 metres with an average width of 2 metres. The base descends gently until it meets a widening where the floor is covered by a thick layer of plant detritus and stones.

History

Explored by Josep Castell and his group in 1966, when he was then a member of the ERE-CEC. It was later visited by members of the GE Pedraforca, who visited and surveyed it in 1973. At certain times the entrance remains blocked by material carried down by the ravine during floods.
