Description

Morphology

The cavity presents two entrances to the exterior. The more westerly one is subvertical and gives access to the interior chamber of the pit through the highest part of a steep slope. The E entrance, 5x1.5 metres, gives access to a shaft of the same width and 17 metres of depth, this being the opposite part of the aforementioned interior chamber. In the central part of the chamber and beside a widening is the mouth of a second shaft of -6 metres of depth where the cavity ends.

History

The first exploration took place on 21 June 1970 by members of the ERE – CEC. The survey was made, but it was lost before being drawn. It is not until 18 February 1973 that people from the ERE return, making a new survey and biospeleological research.
