A pit 52 m deep at the Mola de Catí (el Port, Tortosa), with a first shaft of 18 m and a second of 28.5 m, followed by a descending gallery of more than 20 m.

Description
Morphology
Within a notable depression lies the first shaft, 18 metres deep, with a ledge halfway down its descent. Its base is nothing more than a broad, sloping ledge, its floor full of guano, which communicates directly with a new vertical drop, this one 28.5 metres deep. At the bottom of this shaft begins a descending gallery, along whose more than 20 metres of passage one can appreciate some vaults of notable height. The end of this gallery is choked by sediments and is the deepest point of the cavity.
Speleothems
The walls of the first shaft are covered by numerous flowstone deposits and the second shaft is likewise covered by wall concretions.
History
Around the year 1972, an incipient group of enthusiasts from Tortosa (years later SIRE - Tortosa and later Espeleo Club Tortosa), at the request of Mr. Rafael Cohí, explored the pit for the first time. In 1974 it was visited by the SIE – CE Àliga, which carried out the survey.
