From the main town centre, Sant Joan de Mediona, take carrer del Molí and follow it along the riera de Mediona, until reaching a turn-off to the right that climbs towards the Can Verdaguer residential area. Once here, follow the streets that climb towards the small peak of the Talaia and shortly before arriving take the street that branches off to the right and continues along the track of les Clivelleres. We follow this to below the Puig de les Clivelleres and at this point (X: 385275; Y: 4590658) we will head into the forest to reach the cingle de les Roques Roges, where the small cave is located.
