Location

Easy to locate, on the C-13 road at the height of the Forat de l'Or we will cross the bridge that is in front of the entrance. Once past it, we will follow the path on the left, downstream, until we reach a high-voltage tower; from here we will go down towards the Noguera river and easily find the small cave.

Description

Morphology

It is a rock-shelter cavity formed along an inclined stratum; apart from the small visor, there is also a small chamber of 1×0.70 metres. The length is about 10 metres by about 3 metres wide.

Speleothems

The walls are slightly concretioned with lithogenic formations.

History

Unpublished cavity that has never been cited; the GE Badalona explored it on 28 December 2014. It is evident that the cave must have been known already, since at the end of the ramp, already above the river, there is an old device that could be from a cable for crossing the river; hence the name that the GEB has given to the cave.
