Location

Description

Morphology

It is a horizontal cavity of short length where at 11 metres it opens into a chamber about 10 metres in diameter.

Progression

From the south-east of the chamber an ascending gallery emerges which after a few metres becomes a crawlway amid formation where it reaches +7 metres and which ends in a window that gives access to a shaft about 4 metres deep.

History

The first exploration of this cavity of which we have news was carried out by Dr. Francesc Español in the late afternoon of 1 October 1950, within the framework of a campaign sponsored by the “Instituto Español de Entomología”. Together with Dr. Español, E. Schütte and I. Fernández Impellitieri took part.
