Description
Morphology
The rock shelter is 28 metres wide and 7 metres deep. It is quite interesting for the quantity of dry-stone walls inside that form four well-differentiated rooms.
The first is 5x5 metres, closed with a wooden door. There is a window that looks outside.
A second room that gives access to the cistern. The third room has a rainwater collection point. The last space, with a low ceiling and a large block in the middle, was intended for livestock. The ceiling is quite smoke-blackened, which shows a long use.
Hydrology
A cistern lined with cement has been excavated (currently without water) with a wall 1.8 m high.
History
Known since long ago in the area.
