Granadella, La • Garrigues9m0

A worked rock shelter at the Granadella, an elongated cavity 56 metres wide and 9 metres deep, known and used since ancient times.

Characteristics

Location

From els Torms we will follow the paved track heading towards Bellaguarda; on reaching the coll d'en Portell, where there is a junction of tracks, we will take the second on the right. At 320 metres the track makes a 180º turn to the left; at 430 metres we turn off to the right at another 180º turn. We will follow the track through the valley of l'Oliver for 2.280 kilometres from the coll d'en Portell; at this point we will take a track on the right which, in about fifty metres, brings us close to the cave.
