Location

At the western end of the serra de Sant Salvador and of Toralla. It is located between the collada estreta del Càvet and the collada ampla del Càvet, at the base of the Tossal del Càvet on its western side, at the start of the climbing route Diagonal Troglodita.

Description

Morphology

Cavity formed by a single gallery, of large dimensions in the first metres, gradually diminishing until it becomes impenetrable.

History

Explored in 1961 by the GE Badalona.

Initially named cova del Cabet, we suppose due to a spelling error, attributable to the cartography of the time. Its correct name is Càvet.
