Characteristics

Location

On the T-704 road from Prades towards la Febró, at kilometre 35.2 on the right-hand side of the road, a track leads off towards Siurana; after travelling 1.5 kilometres, at the coll de l'Andreu we will turn left along the camí del mas d'en Viles. We will follow this track, suitable for high-clearance vehicles, for 3.65 kilometres until we reach the mas d'en Porrera. We must follow the track for 90 metres more and turn right onto a track suitable only for all-terrain vehicles or on foot; we will follow this track for 1.5 kilometres, at the end of which it finishes in a broad flat area in the les Socarrades area. From the W side of this flat area a path leads off towards the cliff face; before reaching it we will turn left onto a waymarked trail that, over a distance of 315 metres, will bring us to the cave.
