On the C-233 road from La Granadella to El Soleràs, once past the ermita de Sant Antoni and just after kilometre 24, follow the track on the right, which is the camí de les Fonts dels Caus; at 590 metres turn left and follow the track 1.93 km from the road; at this point turn left and continue 230 metres to the point where the track makes a 180º turn to the right; here leave the vehicle and continue on foot in a NW direction; the cova Murada de l'Ample is 80 metres away, skirting the crop fields, while the cova de l'Ample is 235 metres away, crossing the crop fields (180 metres from the cova Murada de l'Ample).
