Tiny 8-metre-deep pit at Pla d'Ardenya, located and cleared by the SEO of the CEV between 1994 and 1995.

Characteristics

Location

On the track that goes from Pla d'Ardenya to Pla del Marge del Moro, once past the doline of the Bassa de la Llacuna and the path that leads to the avenc de la Carena del Mas, we will follow the track for 183 metres; this point is 32 metres before reaching the avenc del Marge. From this point we will have to go to the right towards the flats that are above and about 28 metres from the track, and near some small sparry calcite quarries we will find the cavity.

Description

Morphology

Narrow 3-metre fissure, the base is occupied by blocks and earth, descending in steps down to a small dome located at -8 metres depth.

History

Located and cleared by the SEO of the CEV in 1994 and early 1995, the exploration was not considered finished until 1997.
