Description
Morphology
It is a fissure with a structure similar to that of the cova de Les Rondes. The mouth gives way to a drop of about 2 metres, placing us in a diaclase with a further drop, this one of 3 metres on the N side and 6 on the S side, both leading into the same gallery; this gallery slopes towards the SW until reaching a further drop of 5 metres, where we find the maximum depth at -17.5 metres.
History
Known and cited in some archaeological works and also by speleologists from Vilafranca of the time when the cova de Les Rondes caves were explored. In 1984, the GERS of the AE Muntanya published a work on the area in which this cavity appears.
