Location

Going along the road from Terrassa to Rellinars (B-122) and past the Casa de l'Obac, at approximately km. 11.7, the Font del Conill path comes out on the right, which in a few metres leaves us under a high-tension line. You must go as far as the electricity pylon situated further west and at its foot is the entrance of the pit.

Description

Morphology

The rounded entrance, half a metre in diameter, gives way to a 2-metre overhanging drop that leaves us on a ledge. We will continue descending through an opening 3 metres further, reaching the bottom of the cavity; the floor is full of branches and decomposing leaf litter.

Other details

Cavity originated in an internal joint that communicated with the exterior through the collapse of the roof.

History

The only data we have are those given by members of the SIS – CET who surveyed it in 1982, although they knew it from before, confusing it for a time with the Avenc d'Alzina Teresa.
