Description
Morphology
It is a bauma petita, with a width of 30 m and a maximum height of 6 or 7 m. Its maximum depth is 5 m.
Other details
Along the whole length of the rock shelter we find remains of constructions, quite damaged. We can also observe some holes in the wall, which served as sockets for the beams of the roof of the constructions.
History
Known since time immemorial. The last date we have record of inhabitants in la Baumeta is from 1906, when Eduald Torruella Planas died due to peritonitis.
