Location

The cave entrance is located to the left of the track that climbs from Muntan de Tost to the Coll d'Arnat; it lies 725 metres before reaching the pass.

Description

Morphology

An entrance measuring 0.58x1 metre gives access to a 1.90-metre drop that places us in a single chamber three metres in diameter.

Progression

Descending a stony ramp, we reach the end of the cave at a depth of 3.50 metres.

History

Explored by the Grup Espeleològic de Badalona on 4 June 2007.

In 1965, the SIRE-UEC d'Igualada mentioned the existence of a cavity at the height of the coll d'Arnat where they had thrown stones and rubbish from the works to build the track; they do not give it any name.

We think it is not the same cavity, since this one is located some distance from the pass, and the materials they referred to do not appear to be inside the cavity.
