Description
Morphology
The cave closest to the Cova dels Talps is the longer one; its entrance does not exceed one metre in width, while the height is just over one metre. The entrance gallery descends gently until it widens and reaches almost 2 metres, then gradually decreases in section again until it becomes impassable. The route is 10 metres long.
The second cave is 3 metres from the previous one and consists of a 4-metre gallery that ends in front of an impassable crawlway.
Progression
Along a ledge full of vegetation (butcher's broom and ivy) and easy to traverse, one reaches the two entrances.
History
Discovered and explored in 1968 by members of the speleology section of the now-defunct Centre Excursionista de Sabadell (UES since 1970).
Practically no record was left, and it was not until 1986 that they were rediscovered by the SIS of the CE Terrassa when they located the Cova dels Talps.
