Location

From la Nou de Berguedà we take the Vilada road until we reach Cal Espanya, and we go up to the house of Marginet de dalt; once past the house, at a crossroads, we take the path on the right towards the Font de la Bauma; the cave is located on the left hydrographic bank of the Rec de Cassadesús, above the path, in some very obvious walls to the right of the ruined house of Picamill de Baix.

Description

Morphology

It is accessed through a 2x3.6 metre mouth and has a gallery 6 metres long that maintains its height, while the width decreases as we advance.

Other details

At the mouth there are remains of an old wall that protected the entrance.

History

A cavity unpublished speleologically, but it must have been known by the people of the area, who must have used it as a shelter, since at the cave mouth there are still remains of an old dry-stone wall.
