Description

Morphology

The seawater reaches the very mouth, where a wide gallery begins, full of large blocks and the occasional tree trunk dragged in by the sea.

No survey is available and therefore we do not know the exact measurements.

The seawater reaches the very mouth of the cave.

History

Cavity known since ancient times; it seems that the name comes from the fact that long ago these rodents lived in the cave, luckily nowadays there are none left.
