Location

The cave is located in the barranc de Mata-redona, in Sant Carles de la Ràpita. From Sant Carles de la Ràpita one must go to the Cocó de Jordi, where there is an area to leave the car. From here, one must follow the route that climbs to la Foradada until reaching the font del Burgar. From this point one must begin to go up the barranc de Mata-redona along a small trail until reaching an area populated by small holly bushes. The little cave is located in the very bed of the ravine. A few metres further up, without leaving the ravine, and also beneath a large block, we find the Cova de la Geneta.
