The Bufador de l'Aferamot has three entrances; the most comfortable one to enter is the highest. The other outer entrances are located in a joint.

Via a steep slope where it is advisable to install a rope, one reaches a perpendicular gallery; continuing along the lowest part, one reaches a descending small chamber, where we find a 6-metre shaft that allows us to reach another room where the other outer entrances can be seen. From this room two routes branch off, one ascending that ends after 7 metres of passage and the other in the form of a shaft that leads to a gallery that continues descending; a large block after the ceiling narrows the route until the bottom is reached, where we find a step obstructed by blocks and an ascending route that is impassable.
