History
Known for ever by the shepherds of the area, who had used it as a dwelling and as a livestock pen. It is unknown whether it has any particular name.
It was visited by members of the SIE (1975) during their campaigns at the Mola de Catí, who named it Balma de l'Abeurador due to the presence of a watering trough or feeding trough for livestock, which at that time was still preserved upright.
Provisionally, and for lack of further information, we catalogue it as Balma del Rastre due to its proximity to the Cova del Rastre.
