Location

At the SW end of the Mola de Catí. From near the Cova Cambra a path sets out that skirts the whole cliff of the Mola towards the west; one reaches a small col (to the right one would head towards the Avenc del Salany) and a few metres below the path is the Cova petita del Rastre.

Description

Morphology

Made up of a first elongated chamber of reduced dimensions, continuing through a narrow passage to reach a small terminal room.

Speleothems

The small terminal room is profusely decorated by lithogenesis.

History

Known to hikers and cavers for many years, although it remained undocumented until the SIE (1978) published it in a work on the Mola de Catí. The survey had remained unpublished until now.
