We will set off from Cambrils along the road that goes to Alinyà; at the collada de Llinars we will turn left onto the forest track that climbs to the pla de les Guàrdies in a southerly direction, and at the collada de les Guàrdies we will park the car in the most suitable place.

From here we will follow on foot the forest track that climbs in a north-westerly direction, gradually leaving the ridge and descending along a steep slope that turns into a ridge as far as the collada dels Obacs.

Here we will leave the track, which changes direction radically and descends towards les Anoves. We will continue south along the ridge as far as the roca del Mirador; this is a small hill with a great view over the valley of the Móra Comtal. We will head west, first on level ground and then descending to a col beside the slender agulla del Mugró, where on its N face we will find the shelter.
