Location

From the Hostal Roig, if we head towards the Pas Nou we will find two tracks on the right: the first track climbs towards the upper part of the Montsec de Rubies and the Portella Blanca; the second, which is the one we will follow, will lead us between cultivated fields to a crossroads. We will continue to the left until the end, coming out onto a cultivated field; the cavity is located just below this and in the middle of the woods, right next to the Escletxa de les Forques.

Description

Morphology

Tiny 6-metre-deep pit in the Montsec de Rubies (Gavet de la Conca). It has two entrances, one extremely narrow and the other at the bottom of a funnel.

Progression

From the entrance located at the bottom of the funnel, a narrow passage followed by a small step places us on a ramp at the end of which the cavity ends.
