Description

Morphology

Formed by a single elongated shaft of just over 4 metres. L'embut formed by the entrance gives it a larger appearance.

Progression

The descent is made via the lower lip and it can be descended, with a certain skill, without a rope.

History

Small pit known since the 1950's by the former tenant farmer of the Mata, Mr. Rossend Boixader, who gave information to his son Joan and to Jaume Claverí (GES – CMT) who located it at the beginning of 1988; a few days later Xavier Badiella (SIS – CET) made the survey.
