Small 9 m deep pit in the Mola de Catí (el Port), discovered and explored by SIRE – UEC Tortosa in July 1978.

Characteristics

Location

At the eastern end of the Mola de Catí, almost on the boundary of the municipalities of Tortosa and Alfara de Carles. When you have practically reached the top of the Mola coming from the Mascar, the track makes a very tight double bend; from here a path sets off in a N direction, and after following it for a few metres it forks. You must continue along the left-hand one and a little further on, once past a small gully, a few metres to the right of the path is the mouth of the pit.
