Location

From the coll d'Estenalles, follow the ridge track that leads from the Mata to the Coma d'en Vila. About 30 metres before reaching the coll de Garganta, on the left-hand side of the track, is the pit. Currently the entrance is blocked with stones.

Description

Morphology

The very narrow entrance gives access to a small shaft 4 metres deep, the bottom of which is full of cobbles and debris.

Other details

We catalogue it in case someone finds it and does not get their hopes up when starting a dig.

History

The only data we have are those given by members of the SIS – CET, who explored and surveyed it on 12 March 1978.
