To the NE of the house of la Barata and on the other slope of the riera de les Arenes.

Going along the road from Terrassa to Mura, at km. 9 you come to the important farmhouse of la Barata. In front of it and to the right of the road a path sets off that goes down to the riera de les Arenes and climbs up towards Can Pèlags. Shortly after crossing the riera and before crossing the Canal del Forn del Cargol, on the left a path sets off that climbs in the opposite direction and which must be followed for some 300 metres; when it passes along the upper part of some ploughed fields, on the right and above it, we will find the mouth of the pit.
